Alpha Clinic AI is an intelligent healthcare management portal built to handle end-to-end clinical operations. Powered by Laravel 12 and a reactive React 19 interface, the system automates appointment reminders via WhatsApp and Telegram, provides doctors with real-time queues, and presents clinic owners with live financial and clinical performance dashboards.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) separating administrative staff, doctors, nurses, and patients with granular permissions.
Interactive appointment scheduler with clash prevention and doctor calendar sync.
Automated messaging via WhatsApp and Telegram API for confirmations, prescription reminders, and lab alerts.
